Match Report - 6th Monthly event of the year

At last...a fine day!

Finally a fine day for Hickory Golf.  The good weather bought out a good field with some new hickory players.  Welcome to Rosemary McKeon and Nick Carter. 

Life member Peter Monks played very well to record a score of 20 Stableford points to win the day.  New member and first time hickory player, Nick Carter picked up the runner-up prize also with 20 points.  Third place went to the out going Secretary Philip Akes with 18 points.

4 pointers went to Henry Akes, Nick Carter and David Jones.  The 4 point table has Roger Gibson leading with 3 closely followed by  Greg Cooper with 2 and gaggle of players with 1 four pointer.

A reminder to all members that the AGM will held prior to next months event.  The AGM will be held in the RQ library starting at 1.00pm.  Management committee positions are available for 2026 and nomination forms can be obtained by contacting the Secretary.
